| Where/When To Pick Up Packets/Register for Races |
|
|
- KIDS FUN RUN! : on Saturday June 16 2012, at downtown Bond Park, Estes Park. Races start at 2.00 and finish by 3.00pm. Festival and activities start at 11.00am and finish at 3.30pm. Register at Estes Park High School Student Center, 1600 Manford Avenue on Saturday June 16 before 12.00am, or at Bond Park from 11.00 - 2.00pm on Saturday June 16 2012.
- Eve of Race Day: Saturday, June 16, 2012, 9 AM - 5 PM, at the Packet Pick-up and Orientation at the Estes Park High School Student Center, 1600 Manford Avenue. You can access the High School from either Manford Avenue or Brodie Avenue
- Race Day: Packet pickup and 10K/5K Registration (Note: NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION FOR MARATHON and HALF MARATHON): Sunday, June 17, 2012, from 6 AM to Race Start time (see below) at the Estes Park High School Student Center, 1600 Manford Avenue. See map of parking for race day here -
View directions to EP schools area here. Please access registration, packet pick up and race parking on race day via Community Drive off Highway 36 only - there will be no access from any other route.
- Race Information document: Downloadable pdf version of the race information document will be here at race time - this has all the important race and registration details that you need if you entered one of our races. Please save unecessary paper wastage by selecting and printing those sections that apply to you. We will have limited numbers of printed copies ready at registration and packet pick up.

| Racing green - Hydration |
|
|
- Marathon - for 2012, we will provide one Hydrapouch instead of non-renewable paper cups for all marathon racers, reducing waste helping to save our precious environment. One Hydrapouch will be included in the race pack for each marathon runner. The pouch is yours to keep and use in other races. It has a clip that attachs to shorts, skirts, or leggings. If you prefer to use a belt, or other hydration device, please bring your own.
- All other races - all other runners in the half marathon, 10K, and 5K, will have an opportunity to purchase a Hydrapouch at a 10% discount. Either purchase online, or at registration / packet pick up at a 10% discount when you collect your race bag.
- Aid stations - each aid station will have Hydrapour hi-speed dispensers - they can dispense at up to 6ozs of water per second. See more information on these dispensers and cupfree racing here.
- Other hydration devices - you don't have to purchase a Hydrapouch to use the Hydrapour dispensers at the aid stations. The Hydrapour dispensers can fill any hydration device, sports bottle, belt bottle, etc..see a video demonstrating these revolutionary devices here.
- Demonstration - you will have the opportunity to see a Hydrapour unit and try out refilling your hydration device at registration / packet pick-up on Saturday June 16.
- Environment - please help us to help our environment by choosing to use your own hydration device and refilling if required at the aid stations. This will us to use fewer cups and reduce waste.

| Post Race Party |

- Location: at the EP High School Student Center. See a location map here - the student center is shown on the right and is the same location as registration and packet pick up.
- Times: The Party starts at 10.00 am on Sunday June 17 and will run through until 2.00 pm, when the race course closes.
- Food & Drink: We will have food supplied by the Egg & I, Village Pizza, beer from the Estes Park Brewery, and coffee from Coda Coffee - thank you to our suppliers that make the party a successful and poular end to your race!

| Post race massage |

- Come along and experience a rejuvenating and relaxing massage - a great way to recover after your race! Massages are a dollar a minute. A proportion of your fee will be donated back to the marathon. On the River Massage and Healing Arts will provide massage services.
