General Information
PACKET PICKUP: Saturday, June 14, 2008, 11 AM - 5 PM, at the Packet Pick-up and Orientation at the Estes Park Elementary School Gym, 1500 Manford Avenue. You can access the gym from either Manford Avenue or Brodie Avenue

Race Day Packet Pickup and 10K/5K Registration (Note: NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION FOR MARATHON and HALF MARATHON): Sunday, June 15, 2008, from 6 AM to Race Start time (see below) at the Estes Park Elementary School Gym, 1500 Manford Avenue.


KIDS FUN RUN! Saturday June 14

Registration fee for the KIDS FUN RUN! is $10 at any time. The event takes place at Bond Park, at the junction between East Elkhorn Avenue and MacGregor Avenue. The runs start at 2.00 pm - you can register on the day at Bond Park between 1.00 pm and 1.45 pm, or at the registration and packet pick up located at Estes Park Elementary School Gym up to 1.00 pm on Saturday.

In the spirit of fun, age categories and distances are as follows:

4 -5 years and younger 200m
6-8 years 400m
9-10 years 800m
11-12 years 1 mile

There will be a medal for every finisher and spot prizes!

Active at Altitude is a residential center here in Estes Park for training at altitude for athletes of all abilities. They can provide accommodation for a limited number of competitors at a preferential rate. Stay at their beautiful lodge prior to your race and they can help you acclimatize to the higher altitude and prepare for the big event! They can also provide nutritional support and recommend local running trails. Check out Active at Altitude.

Come along and experience a rejuvenating and relaxing massage - a great way to recover after your race! Massages are a dollar a minute. A proportion of your fee will be donated back to the marathon.

Remember that for all races, $10 of your registration fee is tax-deductible and benefits local youth projects.
